This department is staffed by a team of creative professionals in the arts of design, technology and packing method, with deep experience in specialized areas to explore and generate new and innovative designs and ideas that express brand personality, move away from repetition and traditional design, and reach a strategic goal that satisfies customer ambition.
The innovative use of colors, the quality of the attached print and images and illustrations directly contributes to the delivery of what you want about the product or service and helps to create a good impression that distinguishes it from other products, which is reflected positively in the increase in sales.
This section provides you with the right solution for the purposes of advertising and promoting your products, not just getting a design.
The design department is always working to develop in the implementation of creative ideas and advise in planning, choosing the appropriate colors to reach the desired goal in highlighting your products.
Printing Press
For flexographic printing, we primarily use high quality water-based inks for affordable prices for customers. Whether glued or stitched boxes, our equipment are ready to do the job under the standard of “The sky is the limit”.
In addition, our company is equipped with a tray forming machine that is flexible to erect the most common platform trays with different sizes.
Our presses have the ability to print on different types of materials including custom folding cartons where specialty board and materials can be ordered and tested before production runs. Coatings can also be applied as finishing touches on custom packaging where our UV printing and coating capabilities (matte, gloss and high gloss) bring so much to the table.
We offer the option of sending products out for hot foil stamping, where we have always been capable of ensuring high end packaging.
We are also able to emboss and deboss packaging to your specifications. Both techniques can be used in combination with offset printing or foil stamping to add depth to a design

Customer Service
In order to improve the level of our services for the better, we at Liban SAC have established a special customer service department, which is responsible for receiving requests sent to the company after being approved by the Marketing and Sales Department.
This department carries out deliveries at the end of the work stages, where supervisors follow up on sorting and appropriate packaging operations with the possibility of loading products on weather-resistant color-coated drums that ensure that products reach customers in excellent conditions and arrange delivery procedures for customers.
This section includes special trucks driven by professional drivers who deliver orders to customers to all Lebanese territory, and we also ship products to customers outside Lebanon territory as requested and agreed.
The Customer Service Department communicates with the customer and explains the steps, stages of work, and delivery time in coordination with the Marketing and Sales Department.
